Refund policy

Please e-mail our customer support to begin a return. We only accept products that are in original condition, within 30 days of receiving the confirmed "Delivered" date.

* For returns, please make sure to notify customer support before sending the product back. Let us know if there is anything wrong with the product.

* Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivered date. Please let us know what size you want in the initial e-mail so we can expedite the process to prevent sell-outs of a particular size that you may be interested in.
