Gala Wedge — Multi Embroidered Raffia Wedge Sandal

Carvela's Gala Wedge builds its whole personality out of stitchwork: a scatter of embroidered flowers climbs the wedge itself and repeats across the straps that cross the foot, so the pattern reads as one continuous piece rather than a shoe with decoration added on top. A small gold-tone C stud sits at the ankle, the one quiet metal note against all that colour.

The wedge and straps are built from raffia, worked entirely in embroidery rather than print, which is why the flowers have real texture and thread density rather than sitting flat. The heel stands 11cm, giving proper height without the same balance concerns as a stiletto of that size.
